Leroy van Rijssen (The Netherlands, 2003) is a Paralegal at our law firm and an assistant to the Compliance Officer and in charge of accounts receivable administration and debt collection cases.

Leroy has a passion for giving advice and assistance in civil disputes such as family law, contract law, corporate law, rights in rem, property rights, civil procedural law, and immigration law. Furthermore, Leroy is particularly interested in ways to enhance AML/KYC/KYB and CDD policies. He also plays a significant role in ensuring the adherence to compliance laws, regulations, and industry standards within Soliana Bonapart & Aardenburg.

Leroy has a diploma in administrative legal assistant in public administration / business services from the Frater Aurelio (SBO) and is currently studying Bachelor Law at the University of Curaçao (UOC). He is studying to eventually become a well-respected lawyer such as his colleagues at SBA.

Leroy speaks Dutch and English.
