Lirrianne (Lirri) Frias (Aruba, 1995) is an associate attorney at Soliana, Bonapart & Aardenburg.

Before joining the firm in 2024, Lirri gained experience in both private legal practice and the public sector. She worked as a Legal Advisor to the Government of Aruba, advising the Ministry of Labour, Energy and Integration on legal and policy matters, and previously served as Legal Counsel at the Directorate of Infrastructure and Planning. In those roles, she was involved in legal research, case law analysis, legislative monitoring, and the preparation and implementation of policy and regulatory decisions. Earlier in her career, she worked as a paralegal at various law firms, gaining hands-on experience in civil and administrative litigation.

At Soliana, Bonapart & Aardenburg, Lirri practices within the firm’s general legal practice and advises and represents clients in public law, administrative law, civil law, and employment law. She assists both private clients and public entities, including government bodies, in navigating complex legal issues.

Lirri holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in law from the University of Aruba. She is known for her analytical and pragmatic approach and focuses on providing clear, well-reasoned advice and effective representation. Fluent in Dutch, English, Papiamento, and Spanish, she serves a diverse client base with a personal and reliable working style.
